El presente documento regula las condiciones de uso del sitio web globearea.com (en adelante, «el Sitio Web»), titularidad de Globearea (en adelante, «la Empresa»), con domicilio en el Parque Tecnológico CEEI Valencia, y correo de contacto info@globearea.com.

Las presentes condiciones de uso se rigen por la legislación española. Para la resolución de cualquier conflicto derivado del acceso o uso del Sitio Web, las partes se someten a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Valencia, con renuncia expresa a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles, salvo que la normativa vigente establezca otro fuero imperativo.

These terms of use are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, unless current regulations establish a different mandatory jurisdiction.
